1 World trade center - 60th birthday
NEW YORK, NY
Planning part two of a 60th surprise party taking place in three different cities in two continents on three consecutive Saturdays took us to the 34th floor of One World Trade Center. Guests enjoyed Champagne and canapés while admiring the 180 degree skyline and Statue of Liberty views. A quartet from world-renowned Juilliard School performed a full length concert that featured Antonín Dvorak, a native of the guest of honor's home country, with intimate question & answer sessions interspersed. Guests ascended to the 35th floor for a 3 course dinner, finding their seat by geometric intersecting place cards designed after One World Trade Center.
